2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided the Digital Services have not been fully consumed or activated beyond recovery.

The deadline for cancellation is 7 days from the date Your Digital Services were activated or delivered to Your account.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The Digital Services must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed, as these are registered with third-party registrars and cannot be reversed.
  • Custom development work, dedicated server setups, or any personalized services that have already been commenced are non-refundable.
  • Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are non-refundable (unless required by law).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.

4. Service Cancellation

Upon approval of Your refund, Your associated Digital Services (hosting accounts, SSL certificates, etc.) will be terminated. Please ensure You have backed up any data, files, or emails before requesting a cancellation, as We are not responsible for any data loss after service termination.

If You wish to cancel a recurring service without a refund, You may do so at any time through Your client area or by contacting our support team. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If You file a chargeback or payment dispute with Your bank or payment provider without first contacting Us, We reserve the right to suspend all services associated with Your account immediately. We encourage You to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.
